AOP Crémant de Die brut
Grape varieties: 83% Clairette, 15% Aligoté, 2% Muscat à petits grains
Volume: 75cl
Alcohol: 11.5% Vol.
Vinification: Hand-picked grapes. Traditional method: first fermentation in vats, then second fermentation with tirage liqueur made from selected yeasts and sugars. Maturation on lees for around 4 years.
Serve chilled at a temperature between 8 and 10°C.

L’Envol
AOP Ventoux Blanc 2023
Grape varieties: 85% Grenache Blanc, 15% Clairette.
Volume: 75cl.
Alcohol: 13.5% ABV.
Vinification: Grapes harvested at night, 100% destemmed. Classic fermentation in stainless steel vats to express the aromatics of the grape varieties. Bottled 4 months after vinification.
Serve chilled at a temperature between 8 and 10°C.

La Glisse
AOP Côtes du Rhône Blanc 2023
Grape varieties: 95% Clairette, 5% Grenache Blanc
Volume: 75cl
Alcohol: 13% Vol.
Vinification: Grapes harvested at night, 100% destemmed. Fermentation in new and used 500L oak barrels with regular stirring of the lees. Aged for 4 months in oak barrels on fine lees.
Serve chilled at a temperature between 10 and 12°C.

Le Souffle
AOP Côteaux d’Aix en Provence rosé
Grape varieties: 40% Syrah, 30% Grenache, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon
Volume: 75cl
Alcohol: 13% Vol.
Vinification: Grapes harvested at night, 100% destemmed and pressed. The juice is left on the lees for a few days at low temperature to extract maximum aromas (juice stabilisation technique). Classic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Bottled 6 months after vinification.
Serve chilled at a temperature between 8 and 10°C.

La Balade
AOP Beaumes de Venise Rouge 2023
Grape varieties: 50% Syrah, 50% Grenache
Volume: 75cl
Alcohol: 14% Vol.
Vinification: Grapes harvested by hand. Sorting is carried out in the vineyard. The grapes are destemmed and crushed. Classic fermentation in stainless steel vats at medium temperature with pumping over to express the aromatics of the grape varieties. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel vats.
Serve at a temperature between 15 and 17°C.

L’Immersion
AOP Côtes du Rhône Village Rouge 2022
Grape varieties: 60% Syrah, 40% Grenache
Volume: 75cl
Alcohol: 15% Vol.
Vinification: Grapes harvested by hand. Sorting is carried out in the vineyard. The grapes are destemmed and crushed. Classic fermentation in stainless steel vats with pumping over and racking. Post-fermentation maceration. Aged for 18 months in pre-used 500L oak barrels.
Serve at a temperature between 17 and 19°C
